The Operator does not hold an Australian licence and is classified as an offshore operator; ACMA may block access to the Website under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Availability of games: The Operator offers casino games, including slots and live casino. Game availability may vary depending on your location and regulatory restrictions. Some games may be unavailable to Users in Australia.
- Placing a bet: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and reflected in the game interface. The transaction log maintained by the Operator and/or the game provider is final and conclusive evidence of all bets, wins, and losses.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bets, as displayed in the game rules or betting interface. You are responsible for checking these limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may impose additional global limits or per-User limits at its discretion.
- Funding of bets: Bets may only be placed using your available Real Money Balance or, where permitted, your Bonus Balance. If sufficient funds are not available, the Bet will not be accepted.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- User-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been confirmed by the system, you cannot cancel or modify it, except where explicitly allowed by the Game rules (for example, certain live bets allowing cash-out, if available).
- Operator-initiated cancellation: The Operator may void or adjust Bets in the following circumstances:
- Obvious errors in odds, payouts, game configuration, or display ("palpable errors");
- Technical malfunction of the Website, game client, random number generator (RNG), or communications network; or
- Suspected collusion, fraud, use of bots or automation tools, or other prohibited conduct.
- Refund for voided bets: Where a Bet is cancelled or declared void by the Operator, the stake will generally be returned to your Account's Real Money Balance, unless otherwise justified by evidence of fraud or breach of these Terms.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: When participating in live casino sessions or using any chat or messaging functions, you must:
- Refrain from using insulting, racist, sexist, defamatory, or obscene language;
- Not harass, threaten, or abuse dealers, staff, or other players; and
- Not promote other websites, products, or services, or solicit others for personal or commercial purposes.
- Prohibition of fraud and unfair play: You must not:
- Use any automated systems, bots, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
- Collude with other players or manipulate Game outcomes;
- Exploit obvious bugs, glitches, or configuration errors in any Game or in the Website.
- Enforcement: Breaches may lead to immediate removal from a chat or table, temporary suspension, confiscation of winnings, and/or permanent Account closure.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation
- Eligibility and opt-in: Bonuses, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback, may be offered at the Operator's discretion and may require:
- Entry of a bonus code at registration or deposit; or
- Manual opt-in through the promotions page or via customer support.
- Specific conditions: Each Bonus has specific conditions (qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, expiry) stated in the relevant promotion. In case of ambiguity, these Terms apply in addition to the promotional rules.
- One offer per person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, email, and payment method.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Standard wagering: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonuses (bonus money and winnings from free spins) are subject to a wagering requirement (for example, 35x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- Contribution of games: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements, for example:
- Most slot games: 100% of stake contributes;
- Table games and live casino: reduced or 0% contribution;
- Excluded games: 0% contribution.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins must generally be used, and wagering requirements met, within a defined period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If not completed within the stated period, the remaining Bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories may be excluded from Bonus play or may have restricted maximum stakes when wagering with a Bonus. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions (for example, by playing excluded games) may result in Bonus and winnings being voided.
- Irregular play: The following are examples of prohibited or irregular play that may lead to Bonus forfeiture:
- Placing single bets or a series of bets that represent a very high proportion of the Bonus (e.g., "max-bet" strategies) where such behaviour is restricted in the promotion;
- Using minimal risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black or covering most of the roulette table) to meet wagering requirements;
- Delaying game rounds or using features such as "gamble" or "hold" in a manner contrary to fair play or promotional intent.
- Abuse and fraud: Bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts, colluding with others, or falsifying information to obtain multiple Bonuses, is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and confiscation of funds.
Combining Promotions
- Non-stacking rule: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any time. You may be required to complete or cancel an existing Bonus before activating a new one.
- Order of play: Where both Real Money and Bonus funds are available, the Operator may determine, and disclose on the Website, the order in which funds are used (for example, Real Money Balance first, then Bonus Balance).
- Cancellation: You may usually request cancellation of an active Bonus via the Website interface or customer support; however, doing so may result in the loss of associated Bonus funds and winnings, subject to the applicable promotion terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Processing
- Payment options: Subject to availability in your region, the Operator may support:
- Credit and debit cards;
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Bank transfers;
- Crypto-based payment solutions processed through a Cyprus-based or other third-party payment processor.
- Limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month. These will be displayed in the cashier section of the Website.
- Fees: The Operator may charge processing fees for certain deposit methods; any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier. Your bank or payment provider may also levy charges, which are outside the Operator's control.
- Processing times: Deposits are generally processed immediately but may be delayed due to third-party providers, network issues, or security checks.
Withdrawals
- General rule: You may request withdrawal of available Real Money Balance that is not subject to pending wagering or other restrictions. Withdrawals are, however, subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks.
- Payment method policy: Where feasible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. If this is not possible, the Operator may request an alternative method in your name.
- Limits and timeframes: The Operator may set:
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction;
- Daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps; and
- Different processing times for standard and large withdrawals. Indicative processing times will be stated in the cashier but may be extended by security reviews or public holidays.
- Verification requirement: The Operator may withhold processing of withdrawals until satisfactory completion of KYC and any requested source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks.
Chargebacks, Reversals, and Refunds
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a Chargeback for funds deposited to your Account, the Operator may:
- SuspEND or close your Account;
- Deduct the amount of the Chargeback and any associated fees from your balance;
- Report suspected fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities or payment providers.
- Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gameplay. In exceptional circumstances, and at the Operator's sole discretion, a refund of unused deposits may be considered, subject to deduction of any applicable costs, chargeback fees, or Bonus amounts previously credited.
- Void bets and technical issues: If a Game round is voided due to confirmed technical malfunction or error, the Operator will generally:
- Return the stake to your Real Money Balance (if placed with real funds); or
- Restore the Bonus stake or free spin (if placed with Bonus funds), where possible.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that Games offered on the Website operate fairly and that random outcomes are generated by certified random number generators or by regulated live casino providers. However, the Operator's Curaçao eGaming sub-licence status (under licence 1668/JAZ or 8048/JAZ) is described as "unverified" and may not provide the same level of protection as Australian-licensed operators.
- Accuracy of results: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that Game results, Account balances, and transaction records are accurately recorded and displayed. In the event of conflict between on-screen information and server logs, the server logs will prevail.
- Service availability: The Operator seeks to keep the Website available on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security updates, and external factors (including ACMA enforcement or ISP blocking) may limit availability.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Interruptions, delays, or failures of the Website, servers, or networks;
- Software or hardware errors, bugs, or malfunctions of Games or third-party systems;
- Viruses, DDoS attacks, or other malicious external events.
- Regulatory actions: The Operator is not responsible for any consequences arising from actions by Australian or foreign regulators, including ACMA blocking access to the Website, which may prevent you from accessing your Account or services.
- User-side issues: The Operator is not liable for problems caused by your own devices, internet connection, configuration, or failure to maintain security of your Account credentials.
Limitation of Damages
- Cap on liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Website and services (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the lesser of:
- The net amount of your disputed Bet; or
- The total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Excluded losses: The Operator will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or data; or
- Any loss arising from failure to comply with your own legal obligations or local laws.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. You may have certain statutory rights under Australian consumer protection laws; however, because the Operator is an offshore entity not licensed in Australia, enforcement of such rights may be practically limited.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Content and software: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names (including sugar96-aussie.com), software, databases, and underlying source code, are owned by the Operator, its affiliates, or its licensors.
- Third-party games: Casino Games and related materials are provided under licence from third-party developers. All rights in those Games remain with the respective developers or licensors.
Permitted Use
- Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- Restrictions: You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website, Games, or software without prior written consent from the Operator;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the software, except where permitted by mandatory law;
- Use any automated tools to access or scrape the Website or extract data beyond what is reasonably required for personal use.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and made available on the Website.
- Scope: The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, the legal bases for processing, how long data is retained, and with whom it may be shared (including payment processors in Cyprus, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required).
- Consent and rights: By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data, or to object to certain processing.
- Security: The Operator uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business practices, or product offerings, including developments in Curaçao regulations and Australian enforcement practices, through 2026 and beyond.
- Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by:
- Displaying a prominent banner or pop-up on the Website; and/or
- Sending an email to the address associated with your Account.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Website and request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to funds, or void Bets and Bonuses where:
- You breach these Terms or any applicable rules or policies;
- You provide false or misleading information or fail KYC checks;
- There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion, chargeback abuse, or other criminal or unlawful activity;
- Your use of the Website is, or is suspected to be, in breach of local law in your jurisdiction (including Australian law under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001);
- The Operator is required to do so by a regulator, law enforcement authority, or court order.
- Temporary suspension: While an investigation is ongoing, the Operator may temporarily suspend your Account, freeze funds, and/or withhold withdrawals.
User-Initiated Closure
- Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Operator may ask for verification of your identity before executing the closure.
- Responsible gambling tools: Where available, you may also choose temporary self-exclusion or cooling-off periods through the Website interface or by contacting support.
Consequences of Termination
- Funds on closure: Upon closure (by you or by the Operator), any remaining Real Money Balance not subject to investigation, legal restriction, or breach of these Terms will, where reasonably practicable, be returned to you using an appropriate payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
- Notification: The Operator will, wherever feasible, notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure by email, unless restricted by legal or regulatory obligations.
- Retention of records: The Operator may retain your data and transaction history for as long as required by applicable laws and anti-money laundering regulations, including those of Curaçao and any other relevant jurisdictions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: These Terms, your use of the Website, and all related disputes are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Non-Australian licensing: The Operator is not licensed by any Australian state or territory regulator (including the Northern Territory Racing Commission). Your use of the Website from Australia may contravene the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA may seek to block access to the Website.
- Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support at [email protected]. The Operator will endeavour to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Regulator escalation (Curaçao): If you are dissatisfied with the Operator's response and the Operator is confirmed to be subject to Curaçao eGaming oversight, you may be able to submit a complaint through the Curaçao eGaming public complaint form at:
- https://curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/complaints
- Courts of Curaçao: Subject to any mandatory local law rights you may have, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
